    Default Gary Fong's wedding

Hey, was surfing the web and stumble upon the photographer who covered Gary Fong's wedding. Yes.....Gary Fong, the guy that brought the us the Gary Fong Lightsphere.

Kinda of interesting to read about how the photographer interpret and capture his wedding. Must be under a whole lot of pressure as the wedding was attended by so many well known photoraphers and the groom himself is a big name inflash photography.

Tell us what you think after you have seen the wedding shots.

so far, I think his photos are the best (from my point of view) to me if i were to compare among all those photos I have seen in Clubsnap wedding section.

I would have to disagree with you on that statement. We have some of the best wedding photographers in the market.

Please do a little more research on our local photographers.

JOHO, iamsaint, Will03 are some good examples of good wedding photography if compared to Gary Fong's port.

Another thing to note is, Gary Fong is in overseas. Overseas lightings tend to be much better as it have better angles.

Thanks for sharing, Jeff! Nice work on the photographer's part. Pro or not, he must've been feeling the pressure with all his peers watching on

actually, if u look at it, this guy design and held his wedding so that there is so much to shoot. Give any decent photographer the chance and he can shot similar stuff. It's not hard.

    i agree.
    No "special moments" captured
very standard bridal dress shot, shoe shot and people laughing shots.

well.... I thought I liked jessica claire's version better. I quite like her perspective and her use of rich colours.

Here's the engagement (pre wedding) shots

    and the "actual day" shots

I prefer Jessica's as well. The Bebb's one is really quite 'normal'.

Very well taken. But like some have mentioned, nothing that blows me away also.

Some photographers here at CS do that to me on quite a frequent basis. I just go like, "whoa".

Each time we look at new a pic we learn something new... the framing, the lighting, the angle etc.. and it is very subjective. However if it taken by someone.. we would look at it as a shot well done! So get yourself branded.. e.g photos taken by JOHO, iamsaint, Will03

    Too right, regarding branding.

One of the more popular wedding photogs in Sg once said that if a blurry, OOF photo was taken by Ordinary Joe, then it is called a blurry OOF photo.

But if it was taken by a $500-an-hour photographer, it is called "art".
