Sony Handycam..

Hi Guys currently my office needs a new videocam for use in interviews and presentations and I need help choosing the correct one that could last for a while.

Usage is mostly in meeting rooms(low light).
IQ does not have to that good.
Storage could be HDD or DVtapes.
Possible for it to be compact as the users are mostly ladies.
Budget not sure yet should be somewhere lesser than 2k.

Currently checking out Sony DCR-SR200E and DCR-SR300E.

Please advise if there are other models or brands to look out for. Thanks.
