Really, I still don't think it's such a big deal with the resolution thingy, unless you're doing huge prints. And as for orangey reds, well you shoot photos or you shoot test charts?

section on battery life got updated.... great battery life!
http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/fujis602z/page9.asp "I think it's fairly clear to see that Fujifilm's decision to switch from the NP-80 to four AA batteries was well justified. Battery life has been extended by an hour and is in fact one of the best performances we've seen from a camera which takes AA batteries." |

dunno leh.. i see the images over here
http://myalbum.ne.jp/cgi-bin/a_menu?id=fa793431 i find the image detail is quite poor.. only when i zoom out the pictures then the image becomes sharper, looks more presentable. otherwise, the details are very very interpolated ! |

1) Larger range of aperture, F2.8 - F11 2) Fast focusing in good light (Passive External AF sensor & CCD AF (TTL)) 3) Excellent implementation of manual focus (nice 'focus check' zoom button, focus ring, autofocus one-touch button in MF mode) 4) Flash hotshoe supports third party flash units 5) Accepts both Compact Flash Type I/II and SmartMedia 6) All major controls on outside of camera (additional settings via SHIFT button) 7) Good battery life (now takes four AA's) 8) Area AF (49 selectable AF points - 7x7 grid) 9) Shutter speed highest at 1/10000sec (manual mode) 10) Relatively good quality at ISO 800 and 1600 mpenza and tweek, anything else to add? ![]() |

some additions.....
11) 15s min shutter (compared to the 3s on 6900) 12) great movie mode 13) ability to reuse my accessories (batteries, memory, filters, external flash) 14) good zoom range (35mm to 210mm) compared with others in similar class 15) high resolution EVF |

sigh, guys, bad news...
didn't get the nod from the financial minister, reason is I will be spending close to $6000 for my graduation tour to US. So gotta put off the camera to an even later date. Hope it won't be toooooo late. Anyways, hope some of you get it when it is launched, and let me toy around with it if we do meet up. ![]() |
