Just for info, when you choose dry cab, the important thing is the recovery time ie the time it takes for the humidity to reach the level set after you open and close the door. So far, digihub is quite fast....my 2-cents worth

Go for Buffalo's LinkStation EZ if you simply need a NAS for plain storage in a network location. If not you can also look at LinkStation Live as well.

Ps: I will be working there, head down to Buffalo's booth and look for Kenneth. Yup, thats me.

    Help appreciated, TIA.

The 2Wire USB port is just simply connect your PC/Laptop to the 2Wire by USB only. It does not serve other purposes.

if go tibet.... better get Sandisk extreme check on the enviromental spec of the CF card itself... you will know the difference

    Sandisk Operating Temp: -25C~85C

Kingston (Elite Pro, Ultimate), Lexar (Professional) operating Temp: 0~60C

unlike Sandisk, the rest are made for normal consumer usage. I was once in the mountain during winter for ski-ing, the outside temp is -30 and my camera bag that have a thermometer shows -20... hehehehe...not sure about the camera temp, I have to use my glove to grab my "frozen" camera to take photo... my camera & photo survive, I was using Sandisk Extreme III

hmm, they will be having lens like 18-200 VR as well as 70-300. but then, if you wanna buy these lens, it will be a better deal if you want to get it in a bundle. if you want lens alone, i don't suggest getting at the show. body alone, most likely only the the d300 will be going for body alone. the rest of the models are all with kit lens.

and i'm glad to say, if you're paying by credit card, be it instalement or what, any sum above 500 will not have any surcharge, most cards are accepted except for AMRO. can go for a range within 6 months to 24 months i hope my information helps!
    stop the time.

If you going for NAS, better get one with gigabit ethernet, else your file transfer speed will be like my terrapin walking
