    get the tamron then. cheap and fast at f/2.8.

    I will suggest to get the tamron 17-50mm F2.8 or kit2 lens.
    Can take landscape and snap ur childs.
    You wont need the range 100-200 unless u snap something from a far distance.

    Like all the rest suggest as well, you will sure need to get tripod for night landscape photography.
    External Flash unit will be recommended for indoor photography.

    which will be better choice??

    28mm on a 1.6x crop camera is sure not wide enough for landscape.
    I wont get it unless i getting a 10-22 for landscape and 28-75 for general purpose.
    With 75 shld be able to stand far enough to take some candids.

    Im not rich so i already chosen 17-50 and i it .
