Default Anyone familiar with the company Ten Technology?

I recently bought a Bluetooth transmitter and dock for an iPod from a company called Ten Technology, which I believe is/was based in Singapore.

Are any of you familiar with the company? I'm having problems with the device and can't return it to the store. Any help would be appreciated.

I saw the web site, but I had hoped since it seemed to be a Singaporean company that someone might know someone who worked there. Maybe, I'm missing a software update for the product but obviously, I couldn't get it on my own.

The product is still featured on Motorola's Bluetooth products page instead of their own adapter. It obviously held a lot of importance.

Thank goodness I didn't pay full price.

    Good luck.

The product never worked. Motorola should not have put it on their website.

The company is actually based in the US. It has jsut gone trough bankruptcy, and the creditor is in the process of liquidating all the assets.
