decided to revive the group after months when the group became inactive. i still cannot believe that woodlands is a dead town, i'm sure there are other photographers other than me, ya?

Who are we?
A group of photographers or enthusiast that owns a camera, not necessary to be DSLR user (not limited to film, point-and-shoot, prosumer, pinhole camera, or any other types of camera), regardless of whether you're a photographer or individual that is interested in photography living within or near woodlands area.

What are our objectives?
The purpose of this thread is to gather the above mentioned to learn and improve our photography skills (or to make life interesting ) through chats, gossips, photosharing as well as outings organized for the woodlanders.

Where will we be at?
This will be the User Group Thread for the Woodlanders. Any detail of outings, kopi sessions, or shoots organized will be posted here.

When was the group first formed?
First thread for the woodlanders was posted on 29 July 06 by emerson_chew.
Second thread that went inactive after 15 October 07 was by aaron80.

We held several kopi sessions before which involves photosharing and chatting about photography and planning upcoming outings for the group as well as several outings to places like View Road Hospital (in woodlands), Clarke Quay, and as well as Halloween House shoots.

Why is this group created?
As the original intention was to gather photographers and enthusiast to build network and relationship, the intention will still be the same and i hope that those who feel that they need photoshoot kakis can step out to make more friends here.

How to join us?
Easy, just copy and add on your nick to the list and maybe a short introduction of yourself like your age (optional, it's secret to some ), location, or maybe your camera system. I'll update the user list once in a while. I'll kick start with the list. (the list is restarted due to lots of inactive users)
