Can use Stofen Omi-bounce or reduce the flash power if too near the subject ... JMO ...

And yes Cyber, that last photo is overexposed. I tried adjusting the curves but still it looks overexposed. I wanted to buy the omnibounce thingy but I dunno where to get one

u can try to clone the normal skin tone to cover the brighter side of the hotspots [overexposed skin tone].

U can get it @ Orient Photo [Sim Lim Sq level 6], The Camera Workshop [Peninsula Plaza].
