I took both video and photo...one hand holding the cable release while the other two controlling the zooming and panning...it is very challenging to shoot it well on both at the same time...being practise it for a few time though...still practising for better...

Where is your vantage point? great spot for the capture. Must join you the next time you go for another shoot like this. pls call me or pm me. thanks

bo la...this shot is taken with cam only...video will never see the trail of light path capture by cam slow speed...in video, u see the light spot like machine gun though...

Actually I thought can go to Esplanade side to shoot with the colour ball just below the firework...but I reached there around 7pm, the whole bridge is chop by tripods and tourists...so u can imagine how crowded at Esplanade side...luckily I saw one of the cser manage to let me squeeze 2 tripods in as he decided to go off for a party drink with his girlfriend rather than wait for another 5 hrs for the firework...
