It was quite a surprise to see the online magazine voting all three new Oly cameras into the Top 5!

Oly will always innovate. With a R&D team like theirs... they better keep these folks busy...

Guess the year was good for Oly... Both Nikon and Canon, especially the latter, was plagued with some firmware issues for 2007... but they will not stay down... they will come back up fighting strong. Looking forward to the competition coming out with new innovation to push the digital photography technology to the next level, for in the end, it is us, the consumers who wins!

Continue to innovate, everyone!

It is good to see some vindication of our purchased camera DSLR systems. It might be just me, but more than a couple of people have come to ask me why I buy Olympus .... still feel very much like a dark horse or under-dog compared to the Big C and Big N. But I did start out wanting to get a Big C ....... now look at what I have become .... an Olympus whore!!!! :-)

Bigger is not necessarily better.

The 40D is way more accessible than the 1DsMkIII. 21mp files are amazingly huge, storage will be a problem.

It is starting to go very film like... due to storage issues, machine gunning might be a thing of the past... but then again, someone who can blow money on 1DSMkIII can afford a lot of TB space...
