Canon 500D or Raynox DCR-250??

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie here and would like to try some macro stuff to see if it is really the thing that I like before I take the plunge and buy a dedicated macro lense. I am deciding between the two above. Can anyone advise which option is better and the pros and cons? I have been reading most of the topics here but there hasnt been a direct comparison between the two. Thanks a lot.
