Default White spots in the photo

I am using a point to shoot camera. Whenever I take night scene, there are white spots on my photos. Anyone can tell me what are those white spots? Can my camera be repaired?

    Example: http://pictalks.multiply.com/photos/photo/78/57

Hmm those white spots only appear in that photo?

dusts or water droplets. once flash is fired, they're quite obvious and would appear on the photo just like the photo you posted.

ah... some even refer to those as orbs.

    probably on the surface
Maybe you can try using a blower to give your lens a blowjob
then use a lens cleaning cloth to clean the surface
