Default Zuiko 8mm fisheye

Hi i was wondering if there're any shooters out there with this lens and their opinions of it? I'm thinking of getting it for underwater wide angle shots. Oh and how much did you pay for it? Went to cathay today but they didn't have then lens and they quoted me around $1300 for it.

Thanks.

You're thinking stereotypes...fisheye portraits can be quite dramatic...check out these ones (not mine, found on Google Images):

pics #2 is exactly what I am referring to. His head seems bigger than normal.
pics #1 is okay for more dramatic expression but do note that the photographer put his face in the middle where there is least distortion.

Very nice. I do like the effects of the 8mm on land. Even more important for underwater wide angle shots.

Any users out there? I trying to find out how much the lens costs as a rough guide. The price list on this forum puts it at $1100 wonder how accurate that is?
