Default Hotshoe adaptor for Dynax 404si

Hi,
I understand that for Minolta cameras, at least from Dynax 303-505 to the current Dynax 3-9 all require a special hotshoe adaptor when taking studio shots, because the hotshoe is designed differently from all the other cameras, be it Pentax, Canon or Nikon. Do you know where to get them? I've tried all the shops and they either don't stock it, or the only shop I found which stocks it, has run out of stock for months. They called up Minolta and only be left hanging in the air, not knowing when the stock comes in.

Its really very disappointing to learn that getting equipment for Minolta is so difficult!

I had no trouble getting one a year ago so I could use my old Canon Speedlight on a D7i (Note according to Minolta it is not supposed to work on the Dimage series :-)

Minolta are not the only source, and there are 3rd partty Minolta hot-shoe adaptors available, i've just forgotten what they are all called.
