Good and cheap 8R print in the East

Hi ... can anyone let me know where to find a good and cheap photo lab to print 8R or Super 8R in the East side of Singapore ?

I am living in Pasir Ris.

Duno about cheap, but Bedok has a whole bunch of photo shops. They'll most certainly develop/print 8Rs. If you don't find something to your liking in the shopping cluster around Bedok interchange proper, you can try crossing the road to Bedok South. There's another shop there near to the 7-11.
