You can try Fei Fei at Hong Lim complex. That time i got a 40.5mm from there for $8 or 10. Not too ex. They have quite alot of old film stuffs there. to

I heard that last time cathay have for 40$ , wonder anywhere cheaper , 40$ a bit high

Yeah my TLR uses 40.5mm filter. You can go there ask them if you happen to drop by?
