    Default Rising Inflation

Price of essential goods and services are on the rise.
From luncheon meat to bread to taxi fares.
How has that affected you generally?
Are you making any changes to your current lifestyle to adapt?

Still can survive, but less luxury. But I think the lower income group will be hit harder, even with all the so call incentives from the government.

Just wonder, do those incentives really last forever??? Or only a few year or one year after those GST rise etc.

it goes without saying that one still need to balance expenditure vs income despite rising inflation. tighten belts or making less costlier choices.

when crude oil rises, everything rises..

unless, someone invent a new fuel overnight to replace oil.

however when that happens, the world will sink into a world war.. becos they want business to continue.

There is no need to speak out the obvious truth. But let us hope and pray the future super commodities will not be controlled by a single super power again.....

Earlier this year I was so happy to get a nice pay rise.....but towards the year end.....the raise has been negated all together and there is no sign of ending So out of sudden my dream of upgrading of all my gears dashed....have decided to stay prudent for the time being

Thus.. you feel when the price drop we will see prices for stuff in Singapore and petrol drop? heheh time to smell the coffee. hahah...

I recall so many time for example petrol ..when it got increased it went up by tens of cents and when the oil price drop,, they readjust it down by a few cents..if ever. The consensus is that peope would have gotten use to paying that new higher price so there is little need to bring it back down now. This is not just local but every countries in the world.
