Red face My newbie take of The Fullerton Hotel

This is my newbie take of The Fullerton Hotel @ Night from the Esplanade.

Comments to improve on the shoot (e.g. framing, exposure, effects etc.) welcome!

TIA!

well exposed and sharp photo. made use of slow shutter to give smooth effect on the water. framing wise, maybe you should give it more space on the top rather than below as it's quite empty.

I'm not at ease with the angle, doesn't bring out the punch. Too much water, without a reason such as reflection makes an unnecessary diversion. The roof of Fullerton looks too tight. Exposure wise it's fine, but I prefer pics taken @ blue hour 6+ - 8, the 40D takes beautiful nightscenes. Good purchase.
