haha i think there were a couple of occassions the security guard was there and i just politely asked if i could do it and he didnt mind

Looks like they've changed their attitudes since the last time. Previously I was shooting with a handheld camera at ISO 1600. Even then I was asked to leave.

When was the last time? I got a few frames of 'shoot and run' last year.. nobody said anything

If you severely underexpose the frame (-2 stops) it looks like the lights are stars suspended in the sky.
