Hi would like to know if the 6500fd can use IR filter? Or any other types of filter? Thanks!

Any filter also can:
UV, Polariser, GND, ND, IR, Star, etc ...

Ok thanks but would also like to know if it is a standard size or are there different size?

of course filters come in different sizes. 6500fd uses 58mm filters.
