Thanks.

The photo is uncropped, taken using 200mm Macro with 36mm Extension Tube.
Aperture set at f/22, Speed 1/5sec. Using 2 fill flash (one for the subject, another one for the background)

Very clear and sharp! One comment, the second picture seems to be overexposed especially the leaves. Reduce your flash a little might help.

i think the exposure is great, great control of flash.... really sharp & crisp

200 mm with extension tube. No wonder you can get so close. One question though, why do you set the shutter to 1/5 sec when you are using fill flash for both background and subject? I thought with fill flashes you can go at higher shutter?

The place i took is relative dark, in late evening. Fill flash will give relatively slow shutter speed but it will have give more natural lighting.
