haven't been shooting butterfly for months. just some images to share. a departure from my normal (used to) pure colored bg.

#3 is more of an environment shot.

#1 looks great, I like the bg colors, but maybe crop for the better.
And #2 looks like a zoom effect shot, nice compo. Good shots!

Nice shots. How do you get so close to the butterfly anyway? I have tried a few times but I cannot get close enough to them to shoot.

BP at sentosa either early morning or late afternoon preferably when tourist traffic low.
