For sure this company haves a well organizet structure ,in the area of service and customers support , at list in Europe and US they do great job .
The only that i do not know is , if the other conpanys like Canon Nikon etc etc have any better prices , in out of warranty time service .

Actually, their digi series rulez! But their film SLR series is really in deep ****
 . Canon still rulez in the film SLR area.
