i think from the background is too cluttered. too much space above the boy's head as well.

it might have been better if you took this from another position/angle...

Thanks guys for your inputs. The background was pretty much filled with greens and part of the building itself. So I have not much options. It looks pretty much ok to me still though. Haha, it's pretty much a snapshot too.
