Nice feel. Have you tried using showdow/highlight to bring out a little, just a little more details from the shadow part of the building and the moon? But be careful not to bring out the noise in the shadow and not the hallowing effect too. Personal opinion.

thanks bro, tried out the shadow function in gimp dunno how to use , gotta go read more tutorials more on gimp already
