Default What's at the other side?

Hi,

The idea of the picture is to show the path to take in life and the risk of not knowing what is going to happen..

I would like to know:

1) if the idea was there?
2) is the contrast ok?
3) what do you guys think of the settings i used?

Camera: Canon s5
Shooting Mode: Manual
Exposure time: 2.5 sec
F-stop: f/8
ISO Speed : 100
White balance: Manual
Flash: Not fired
Post Processing: No

Thanks in advanced for the C&C!

should either clean the floor up or make it more dirty...

but i feel that, bright shots should have clean path (probably just me)

picture taken was tilted and later adjusted the horizon rite... anyway should have taken with either a long tele or a fisheye... the angle seem abit strange. *opps never notice its a prosumer cam...

Too symmetrical to show depth, the lighting there doesn't help either. The picture looks rather flat, no sense of "the other side". The slopes at the entrance rather distracting too...should focus on the "hole" instead.

Good attempt!
