Recommend me batteries for my S6500fd

Can anyone recommend me what kind of rechargeable AA battery to use?

Any recommended places to get them?

User rechargeables better. Lasts longer too.

I use the following:
PowerEx - 2700 - EastGear
Energizer - 2500 - NTUC/Cold Storage
Camelion - 2600 - SwissCo - High Street
GP ReCyko+ - 2100 - DIY/NTUC/Cold Storage

For standby - Energizer Lithium AA

I got the Maha 401 together with 4 PowerEx 2700 for around $60 at M S Color.

Energizer with charger is $61.90 with 4 2500s at Cold Storage/NTUC

if you think those are too exp. here another option.

8xAA 2600 mAH for $20.
1Hr fast charger (max 4xAA) for $16.

Goto singapore yahoo auction and search for them under NEXcell. I bought from them b4, the batteries are not bad (I still prefer sanyo thou), but the charger s##ks. The one I have now still can charge very well, but a bit siao already. Just dunno when will it retire.

I've tried 3 brands :

• SANYO 2500 was dissappointing
• TORIYAMA 2600 (long lasting, bought @ Bkk Motorshow on offer), If you Go Thai, rfecommended
• POWEREX 2700 (just bought fm MS to replace SANYO, so far 2nd use, quite lasting)
