Bro, IMO this are 2 pics with OOF issue.
First pic, i dun see the focus point anywhere => obvious case of OOF. Second pic, if ur subject is on the bottom orchid, then no issue. But in this pic, the main subject seems to be those front orchids but they are not in focus. One suggestion is take time to compose and focus on the subject before u shoot. Tat would give the desired pics u wan in focus. Hope that helps.
