Faces - 2nd attempt to pose

Hi, this is my second attempt to pose this picture from comments. 1st post was too small. hopefully this time get it right.

This is a cadid shot of my colleague on board a bus, with the sun light through the window. I did some ps to darken right side of the pic.

any suggestion on how you would have done this shot or ps to make it better?

i just delete the 1st
the pic is 1st thread was too small, I was told.
