Battery life will depend on many factors like the duration u use the lcd, how frequently is the flash fired, types of batteries used, no. of shots taken.....etc...why not just bring along a set of spare batteries.....that's wat i always do to prevent disappointment.

Use rechargeables. My Eneloops lasts around 200+ on average while my GP ones are close to 200. I use the EVF most of the time and use the LCD to view the pics taken.

Using EVF?

I used the Eneloops on my flash and hit over 980 flashes before it couldn't recharge anymore at the same event.

nope i use LCD screen all the way. EVF too low res for my liking. the batts seem to still have a long way to go since after the whole even still manage to review all the photos on my way home

Icic....i like to use the EVF cos i'm used to DSLR-style shooting as my DSLR is my main cam. Actually also not that low res, as long as i can make up what it is then use LCD to review. In addition, can also prolong batt life a bit more.
