Tamron Servicing

Hi all,

I have a Tamron 17-50mm and found that its focussing a little front on the right side of the frame. My lens only 6 mth old and has 3 yr warranty.

Also there's an eyelash/hair stuck on the bottom aperture blade... I can see it if I peer thru the lens against the light. And lots of dust specks (understandable).

Will I be able to ask them to clean the dust and hair as well when I send it for calibration or will they have to open the lens anyway so they will clean it for me? And is it free?

IIRC tamron calibration is only done in japan. they only do basic cleaning... i think...
