I took this picture to show the playful nature of my little Boy - always smiling and always cheerful. I wanted to capture his expression and his features which include some leftover cereal from breakfast, unkempt hair and a bump on the forehead from his latest fall. Many years from now when he wants to know who he was when he was 18 months old, this is what I would like him to see.
I would like any comments on the composition, lighting, processing (which I dont think I have done any) and anything else you feel I could do to make this photo better. Thanks. ![]() |

nice candid but you need the eye contact. I can't really feel the happiness in this picture though.
the framing and exposure is probably fine, colours might need alittle more saturation and vibrant to illustrate the happiness of a child. |

nice shot but IMHO, i think maybe u can capture a better shot of the subject smiling. no offence but i personally feel that smile/cheerfulness in this pic is not that convincing. just my 2 cents worth
