FOR two hours, Lui Meng Kwong melted into the crowd at the Singapore Expo Hall 5.
Armed with a digital camera, he was there for an ulterior motive.
Unknown to five women, he sidled up to them and furtively took video clips of their upskirts with his camera.
On Wednesday, Lui, 30, was charged in court with 15 counts of insulting their modesty on July 5, for illegally filming their upskirts at the Singapore Expo Hall in Changi on July 8.
He was allowed bail of $10,000.
His case will be mentioned on Nov 21.
If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to one year or a fine, or both, on each charge.
