Wah..... Nice poses and angle except for 3. I would prefer horizontal for these kind of shots. Who hold the flashes for you?? CLS?? Not many ppl in bg too. Nice effort..

Vastly different from the rest of the shots. At least you include the model with the cars and a full body shot too.

job

Lightstand + Umbrella... but I think I used the wrong umbrella, too much light "spilling out"... (see pic #3 especially) Should have get the white reflective umbrella instead of the shoot through type... I saw people brought strobe lor... I was like wah... :O

But then shooting at 18mm wide, got very heavy barrel distortion... Later the models me for making them look fat...

It is already quite nice in this kind of environment and crowd. You really can afford the effort to bring the umbrella and stands.. Got official pass??

I'm quite impress that you manage to shoot so wide and yet
there are not much other people in the background.
Just wondering what time you go ...

Personally, I like #2 best.

#1 will be very nice if not for the slanting cylindrical pillar behind.
But I know there's nothing much you can do about that.

I just wait for the right timing... And wait and wait... Most people chase after bokeh with big aperature and long focal length, I go for the opposite...

Whoa I see myself in #4 you caught me in action! That was the time 1 of the RC barfed, due to the flash. 1 of the clubsnapper tried taking your angle, 1 of the RC shouted don't take my ass! haha that was funny.

nice shots! i like #1 the most, though I think the spotlight could be better positioned. heh, talked to u briefly but had to go off early so couldnt see u in action with ur CLS.

n very lucky i wasnt caught in action in any of ur misc shots.
