    A no frills copier?

    use a 3-in-1 printer/copier/scanner lor.

A Lexmark X75 only < $300, downside is the copying is ink jet.

Or if you are looking for a toner based one. Canon's FC270 or FC290 is good for home office use.

Actually. All-in-one printer/copier/scanner are suitable for home office if your copying volume is not high and does not mind the paper smudging when in contact with water.

I have seen a laser printer all-in-one, printer/copier/scanner (Black and White of course) @ Challenger for $8xx.

Not a bad deal if you don't do color and a laser toner cartridge is more economical than ink cartridge.

For color, you can get a separate color printer.
