where to find the cheapest Canon A70?

I know there is 1 shop in far east selling at $505 Nett (includ GST) and full package.

But its a display piece. Anywhere selling at this price ??

found it $510 Nett with GST from reputable shop,

not some
fly-by-night ones in Far East/Lucky Plaza out to con tourist only

$5 more for a sound piece of mind

I got mine at $505 w/o GST at MSColor thru equote with freebies like a camera bag and a mini-tripod.

Got a good package deal for a tad over $600 for a relative from AP about 1 week+ ago.

Don't expect the same price unless you are a regular at AP, or if you go with someone who is known to the salesperson at AP. Well, as American Express puts it "Membership has it's privilages". In this case, you get a slightly lower price ... the same applies at CP and MSC too ...

My package:
A70 + 4x 2100 AA Sanyo Batts (with charger) + 128MB CF + case.

PS: Get the camera fast cos it is really HOT. When I was at AP, within 30 mintues, 5 sets of A70 were sold (including mine). That's why they're constantly OUT OF STOCK!
