    Dear folks,
I just checked the price of B+W 58mm XSP UV Haze MRC at CP. It's $178 on the box but the staff told me $140. However, the price offered in the shops in the Mass Sales is just around $60. It really makes me confuse. Anyone has some clues?
    Thanks.

did u check mass sale is selling B+W and not B&W?

did you personally go down to CP or over the phone? i suspect they prob quoted you the wrong filter. sounds more like a 77mm CPL MRC.

Yes, this afternoon I went to one shop in Mass Sales thread near Bugis Junction and to CP after that. Hold both filters on my hand. I could not say the difference between the two. Frankly, it's in the condition of low light in both shops.

It cant be a CPL because I plan to buy UV for my 50mm f/1.4

At CP shop, when I said I checked the price on ClubSNAP 4rum, it's less than $100 (I dont want to say $60), the staff who attended me and the staff stood next to even laughing.

There're two threads selling B+W filters in Mass Sales.

B&W every time. Not much point in spending thousands of dollars on L lenses and then putting cheap glass in front of them.

    hi,
anyone bought the B+W filter from this ebay shop? Price is $52.99 for a MRC UV-Haze Filter.
    http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI....ht_1707wt_1125

Self-collect at Toa Payoh. Im just concern on the product's authenticity.
I'm aware that original B+W filters have a laser sticker that reads "B+W Filter" from one angle and "Genuine Product" from another angle.

    Thanks in advance.
