where to repair 400D?

Hi guys,

dun usually hang out in this forum as im using a minolta myself. However my uncle in Australia has a Canon 400D and one of his memory card connecting pin broke inside the camera. He was quoted arnd $350 to repair it in Aussie. Any canon bros here know any cheaper places in singapore that can fix this as it doesn't seem to be a major component that should cost that much. BTW he's coming back to sg next month so he can fix it here.

Try Canon Service Centre at Harbourfront.

Keppel Bay Tower #04-01
Open from Mon-Fri only.

While it is a small component, not any tom, dick or harry can simply poke their finger in and replace the CF card contacts can they?

Just send it to Canon for peace of mind.
