Good catch at SBG.

And good capture of the white-breasted waterhen (#4), a very deceptive bird and can go into hiding quickly and with ease.

Hi,

As I am not an Oly user, may not be able to suggest much.

However, taking into consideration of the crop factor of your camera, 150mm can serve as the base minimum, say for birding. Nevertheless, you may wish to look at telephoto range of up to 200mm, 300mm, or till 400mm, which shoud serve you well. Apart from Zuiko range of lens, can also do a search for 3rd party lens such as Sigma with Olympus mount.

Your choice would also depends on your interest area, e.g. birding, but who are your main subjects? Bigger ones like ducks, swans, and hens? Or the smaller and more active sunbirds ... etc.

As the camera body does not comes with image stabilizer, unless the lens has it, having a long telephoto range would have some expected risk of camera shake, unless you use in conjunction with a tripod/monopod.

Also, if can afford, maybe go for something more than "good (maybe) and cheap".

Cheers.
