Repair shop for Tokina Lens

Hi!
My Tokina 12-24 is suffering from stuck aperture in the range of 12-14mm, (I think it might be suffering from power diaphragm failure like my 17-85 (which I also need to get repaired))
It is out of warranty already,
I would like to know of any repair shops you would recommend that can deal with this?
Also, my Canon 17-85 has a similar problem, would it be best to bring it to Canon (also out of warranty), or bring to another shop?

Cathay Photo are representatives of Tokina and should be able to repair it.
