Default Test shots of a new filter

Bear with me on this one...

There had been a guy who came in to our IR sub-forum and started the whole argument about knowing real IR photos from the EXIF data... (don't worry, I'm not starting this again)

Then the guy seemed to have disappear and resurfaced trying to selling a few filters cheap...

Well, i'm not sure what he was selling, but some of you would remember my thread regarding cheap filters from ebay...

I got those filters into SG and these are the test shots... No specific tests guidelines, just took 2 shots, using different filters but same setting... within a couple of minutes... nothing scientific...

1. Hoya R72 filter (unprocessed)

2. OEM 720nm filter from Ebay (unprocessed)

3. Hoya R72 filter (basic processing)

4. OEM 720nm filter from Ebay (basic processing)

IMHO, there is no significant difference between the 2 filters... except for price...

1. Hoya R72 77mm $203 (price as of July 06 stated in sticky)
2. OEM 720nm 77mm about $75

Opinions anyone???

ya... with some improvement in technique, I can also remove all buildings from the shot too!

Just kidding
