go away then...

anyway you can always wait to see what minolta releases, and then how Canon react to it... preferably in your favour by slashing prices, rite?

kekeke u both childish ah

but seriously really so many people want a DSLR from minolta?? i was thinking they could expand their range of lens coz so far the only ones worth buying are the standard ones: 28-70/2.8, 300/2.8, 80-200/2.8, 200/2.8, 400/4.5

they should also update their ultra-wide zoom to something like a 16-35 f/2.8

I'm waiting for Minolta to launch a DSLR... not that I'll have the money to buy it when it's launched though..!!

But it'll really be nice to see them come out with a DSLR that will beat N and C hands down in terms of price, functionality and quality!!

Hope we won't need to wait too long for it..

I want to see a DSLR with the features of a Dynax 7 in the body of a 9, priced so that I can afford it. : )

Realistically, the two things that I've insisted on waiting for -- a DSLR and SSM lenses -- are in the works and about to be released, resptively. Pretty good, if you ask me.

The options are very limited. How about just waiting for plain 'D' lenses?

I see that the majority are waiting for a DSLR. But seriously, will you buy it?

Let's list the criteria before you'll pony up the cash, like, full-frame, 10 Mp, Dynax 7 body, at S$1000.

I doubt it will be realistic.
