Default MaryChia's Fashion - close-ups again

Dropped by MaryChia's 25th anniversary show. This shoot is my target practice la - the correct holding, aiming and firing techniques adopted in standing position without support. Here is my score.

This ain't the only target la. Others akan datang....... becos uploading to photobucket VERY slow now. Dunno why leh.

Anyone notice the WB of these 3 pictures - No1 pic - correct and nice to me skin tone. No2 - face too pink liao. This is the AWB of my dear D200 la.

Feel that flash was too strong and feel very flat......pics are kind of like over-exposed.

Yes, it was a quick PP. My flash was at EV-1.0 and still look harsh or over? Maybe, I need to check my setting again la.

Still trying to load some other pics and still very, very slow. Something's wrong with the Fat Green Pipe leh.

the flash does seem too harsh on my MBP's monitor as well.. shot #2 also makes the model look a tad weird because she seems to be stretching her neck abit.

my noob shots coming up soon as well. my 1st attempt with my S3 Pro.

Here are a few more with the same setting.

If everyone say that the flash is harsh, then, I got to start to do some testing to see what went wrong liao - some fault finding.......

Just for you guys to see if these "virgin" pics are better. Virgin meaning not adulterated with PP, just downsize, a wee bit of cropping and uploaded. The histogram doesn't indicate over-exp leh.
