Default Where to find photo sleeves (or whatever they're called)?

I'm referring to those paper-based "holders" that are used when you buy photos taken at tourist spots. It's usually folded with the photo inside and with some printed design on the outside.

Forgive me if my description is not good. Anyone knows what this is called, where I can buy them and how much do they cost on average? I am also thinking whether or not I can get my own design printed on the outside.

    Thanks.
