Default Jewel Fest at PP - almost macro

The stage at PP was rather small, that at times, not able to focus becos the model was so near that she was nearer than the min focusing distance of my lens! So, here are a few shots to share.

Here's another few to share:

It was an entirely satisfying shoot - the models are ravishingly pretty, the light was good and there wasn't any big crowds.

Very good shots there
taken by $300+ lens? wow super value for money..

Nothing much to complain abt the pic quality but maybe can lift the mid tone a little during pp to lighten the skin for the first 3.. great catch..

Thanks Bro Kongo.

Well, this Tokina is my big fav among all the lenses I have. Won't sell even for $600. I love it for event like this and I find the zoom range best for portraits as well.

I did a quick PP - yes, I agree that it would be good to brighten up the mid tone a bit more in adjusting the levels.
