Need Help on Photoshop action

Appreciate if anyone can help on this.

I have like 100 photos which I need to super impose a logo on to every photo on the same location. The logo is in a seperate jpg file. How do I do that using an action file? Any guru out there can help?

create a new action
go through the steps while recording the action

then batch process

Thnaks for the quick reply. But I can't seem to get it right. How do I actually pull the logo from one file and place it on the photo and save it as an action.
