    Default old lanterns in chinatown

This pic was taken during an outing at chinatown 2 weeks ago. I adjusted the sharpness, vignetting and added some noise to hv some grainy effect. The mood of the color captured my attraction IMO. f/1.7 50mm, ISO 100 and 1/350. Pls C&C for me to improve my skills.
    Thanks in advance.

Pretty. How many hours did you spend to PS it? Might be better if the lamps were lit.

what is the checkered pattern on the right bottom corner? reflections? not really sure whether the noise added value to the picture though... good try

IMHO, the noise is a little overdone. A little bit of grain is fine, but I found myself distracted by the over-graininess.
