Some nice shots, but to get better shots, you'd be looking at watching your fill, which is casting an annoying shadow in the background, but more importantly, waiting till you get a bit better quality of light. The lighting is fairly flat. But nice attempt and the subjects are well captured.

nice shots, altho in some of them, the flash is very obvious - need to practice with your Metz unit on the Coolpix, man

Hehe, should bring out a range finder the next time round. The flash is obvious in the 3rd pic, is that what you guys are saying? Or it's quite obvious in the other 2 pics?
