They are the Ah Pehs from CS who need to sit to shoot and some more with a monopod.

There's a lot of inconsiderate people in general. There's no reason why photo hobbyists should be any better (or worse) than the rest of the population.

Why didn't the lady or the other photogs simply ask the guy to Please "siam" aside? What's the point of posting and venting anger after event? Alamak, it's really a simple case to solve.

I wonder.... Do you all think sometimes, Singaporeans are afraid to speak out even for simple requests? In MRT trains, even when someone is blocking unintentionally, Singaporean commuters will either make an "Eh Hem" noise or put their bodies right smack behind your back as if to tell you... Can you feel me? I need to get out so please move aside. I hate those who even push push and squeeze just to make me feel their hands or bodies so that I can give way to them. Sometimes, all that is needed is "Excuse me, please"

I'm not condoning the inconsiderate photog who blocked the lady stomper's view -- A good handful of inconsiderate and seemingly brainless people like him exist in singapore that I've treat it as a norm liao. But I wish everyone will speak up for what they believe in. If this happened in the West, I'm very sure that guy would have been told to move somewhere else.

Aiyoh, sometimes, I feel we are some kinda repressed lot... Poor education practices? Eg: Read your books. Keep quiet unless questioned. You make a mistake in front of everyone you are a goondo so shut up....etc.. Sigh... See what happens later in adulthood?

It's just like an American man left alone with a pretty babe on a deserted island. A year later they have plenty of babies.

Basically they dont have the balls to do a face to face, only dare to rant in the comfort and anonymity of their homes.

I dunno. Basically if someone is blocking my way... I will ask politely. If 3 polite asking does not help.... I simply turn my backpack around and do a bull run and ram the bugger out of my way. Kids dun try this at home. Uncle attend courses for these kinds of things one.

bro, you're wrong there about the american man.

a year later, the american man and the woman can only have 1 or 2 kids!

the singaporean man would have run out of leaves on his side of the island by then... *grin*
