I have posted this tip in my blog http://www.pixelraves.com as well.
Gary Fong’s Lightsphere is a great flash diffuser to create soft and even flash lighting. The only problem I found out is this diffuser too bulky and quite inconvenient to carry around. However, I have overcame this problem with a little bit of DIY. Prepare the following items: 1 Velcro Cable Organizer 1 Hook Tie the velcro around the Lightsphere and hook it onto your bag … tada…. you are done ! Here is the end result Hope you find it useful. |

Thanx for sharing...
Like Bro Galdor.. Now i put my sling through the lightsphere also If i do bring it out.. I used to hang it from the side of the bag using some strings..but i realise if not careful.. The LS will be squashed by the bad when I put the bag down... ![]() |

Got a question. Where does the inverted dome go?

interesting, but i think those carabiner used should be those with the screw thread.. those without seems rather 'unsafe', open to people 'unhooking' ?
just my 2c. but refreshing idea nevertheless. ![]() |

Neat idea, Philipcs! however, I feel safer to put it into the bag. Actually, the LS can fit (mould) to any lens without the dome on. So it doesn't really take up extra place
